Curriculum Vitae

Luca Mulé has been working at Habitat Unit since December 2015 as the supervisor of the "Urban Design Reform Projekt," which aims to further develop the Urban Design Master program.

Luca studied at Politecnico di Milano and graduated with a degree in architecture and urban design from TU Berlin in July, 2015. His diploma project, The Sacral Urbanity Project, investigated the typological adaptation and transformation of Islam's sacral buildings in Europe across the diaspora.

His field of interests ranges from sustainable and socially equitable urban planning, to architecture and construction sciences, to the study of sociocultural anthropology, and to art and graphic design.

During his academical career, he had the opportunity to work as a tutor at the Institute for Sustainable Planning and Urban Design, where he worked on cooperative planning within interdisciplinary and international teams. In 2010 he collaborated with Projektbüro Friedrich von Borries in the development of the exhibition "KlimaKapseln," which collected designers and artists works on climate change.

Currently Luca is also working as freelancer in various urban design and architecture offices.
