Contemporary Arab Urbanism IX
Public Space in Luxor

This workshop explores public space in Luxor, a city shaped by both everyday life and global tourism. Through an exploration of the city's public spaces, we will consider how different user groups experience, use and shape these places, and examine the dynamic interactions between locals and tourists. The seminar and workshop are each worth 3 credits and together constitute a 6-credit module that must be taken as a combined unit.
